Decent Stay at the Hotel

comfy bed good pillows dismissive staff unauthorised charge

The bed felt very comfortable, and the pillows were good. I also liked that there were sockets in the headboard.

The staff were dismissive when I first messaged.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues

cigarette smoke unclean kitchen

The location was acceptable. It was within walking distance of the train station.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke upon arrival, and someone had covered the smoke alarm, this was unacceptable. The provided breakfast required self-preparation. I found the kitchen unclean. I also noticed the dining area was not properly cleaned.
